All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup & Delivery
Customers located in the Des Moines, lowa metro area may be eligible for local pickup or delivery.
Please contact us before placing your order to discuss available options and avoid unnecessary shipping charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Double S Leather & Hide is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist in filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
