Due to the unique nature of our genuine cowhide and leather products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, preference changes, sizing expectations, or natural variations in cowhide patterns, markings, color, or texture.
Each cowhide product is one of a kind, and no two items will be exactly alike.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
